Job Description
- Ensure operators comply with production procedures.
- Manage import and export activities of raw materials and products.
- Supervise and monitor the production process from mixing to packaging.
- Monitor and report problems that arise during the operation of the production line.
- Identify the causes of incidents and take timely corrective measures. Ensure the production line operates smoothly.
- Check the production line to grasp the situation and provide timely solutions to problems.
- Plan for maintenance and servicing of machinery and equipment.
- Improve yield of first blending.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Male/Female under 35 years old. Male candidates preferred due to the need for extensive fieldwork.
- University/College degree or higher in Chemistry, preferably in petrochemicals or related fields such as lubricants, greases, and additives.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar position in a manufacturing company specializing in industrial chemicals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with enterprise management software such as SAP and ERP.
- Ability to communicate in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
