Job Description
Business Strategy Planning and Execution
- Collaborate with the Branch Director to develop and implement business strategies.
- Take responsibility for achieving assigned business targets to maximize revenue and market share.
Customer Network Development
- Lead activities to identify, develop, and expand the customer network for both individual and institutional clients.
- Promote brokerage services and investment advisory activities to enhance customer engagement.
People Management and Resource Optimization
- Participate in staff arrangement, performance evaluation, and talent development.
- Build a cohesive, high-performance working environment within the branch.
Branch Operations and Governance
- Support the Branch Director in overall operational management.
- Take direct accountability for the operational performance of the Branch.
- Prepare required reports and perform tasks assigned by senior management.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Preferably possess a valid professional certificate issued by the State Securities Commission (SSC) such as Financial Analyst or Fund Management Certificate.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, securities, or banking.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position (Department Head level or higher).
- Extensive network of high-net-worth individual clients and institutional customers.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of the stock market (equities, bonds), financial products, and advisory activities related to issuance.
- Strong knowledge of macroeconomics and ability to analyze its impact on the capital market.
- Excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, team leadership, and situational problem-solving.
- Ability to work under high pressure with strong teamwork and collaboration.
