Job Description
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target applications and growing market segments in Vietnam.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local customers and distributors, particularly those with R&D capabilities.
- Grasp new Vietnam government legislations and policies and share relevant information.
Sales Operations & Technical Support
- Provide in-depth technical support and field application expertise for products.
- Manage administrative sales tasks, including preparing quotations, price maintenance, sample handling, forecast management, and delivery expediting.
- Handle quality assurance (QA) related issues, environmental/conflict materials, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) information, and Product Change Notification (PCN)/End of Life (EOL) processes.
Marketing & Distributor Management
- Drive and motivate distributors to expand sales promotion activities.
- Support marketing activities, such as conducting surveys for new applications and markets.
- Assist in preparations for trade shows, seminars, or Customer Day events.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 2–3 years of working experience in a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant roles.
- Good knowledge of the electronics industry is an added advantage.
- Candidates with Field Application Technical Support experience are preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Personality & Attitude
- Independent, highly motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Must be willing to travel and meet customers.
