Job Description

Resource Leveraging and Key Account Acquisition

  • Lead the identification, negotiation, and closing of deals with high-value enterprise clients and key accounts across the APAC region.
  • Leverage existing industry resources to rapidly expand strategic relationships with potential client groups, including logistics providers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, cross-border e-commerce sellers, and trade service providers.

Revenue Target Achievement

  • Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy aligned with the company’s annual goals and regional business plan.
  • Take full accountability for achieving assigned metrics, including Gross Transaction Value (TPV) and overall revenue targets.

Strategic Collaboration and Solution Development

  • Understand the financial flow challenges and compliance requirements of large enterprise clients.
  • Design and present tailored cross-border financial solutions based on the company’s product offerings, ensuring smooth project implementation and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure client requests are addressed promptly and internal resources are effectively allocated.

Industry Engagement and Brand Building

  • Build and maintain high-level relationships with industry organizations, trade associations, and chambers of commerce.
  • Represent the company in executive workshops, industry forums, and business summits to enhance brand recognition and thought leadership across the APAC enterprise market.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Development or Enterprise Sales, with at least 3 years of direct experience in international trade, logistics, supply chain, B2B enterprise services, or cross-border payments.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience in customs clearance, international freight forwarding, supply chain finance, or cross-border payment processes.

Skills & Competencies

  • Possession of high-value client resources within the APAC region, particularly in logistics, trading, cross-border e-commerce platforms, or supply chain finance.
  • Strong business negotiation and communication skills, with proven ability to engage C-level or VP-level executives.
  • Full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including market research, client qualification, solution design, contract signing, project implementation, and payment collection.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and at least one regional language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Vietnamese).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across APAC.
  • Experience in sales management or team leadership is an advantage.
