Job Description

Accounting System Setup and Compliance

• Build and complete the accounting system aligned with the Company’s business model.
• Control all accounting documents, invoices, and books to ensure legality, validity, and accuracy.
• Establish accounting procedures, templates, and guidelines for the accounting team.
• Ensure the Company complies with regulations on accounting, taxation, e-invoices, and contracts.

Financial Reporting and Tax Compliance

• Take responsibility for financial statements, tax reports, and management reports.
• Prepare, check, and approve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.
• Organize and implement all tax-related obligations including declaration, finalization, and working with tax authorities when required.

Team Management and Supervision

• Assign tasks, guide, train, and evaluate the performance of accounting team members.
• Supervise and approve daily accounting operations including receipts, payments, payables, payroll, assets, and inventory.
• Establish an internal control system for the finance–accounting department.

Cash Flow Control and Budget Management

• Control cash flow, ensure liquidity, and allocate financial resources appropriately.
• Develop financial plans and periodic budgeting.
• Analyze costs, revenue, profit, and cash flow to propose improvements for business efficiency.

Financial Advisory to Management

• Provide advice to the Management Board on financial strategy, cost optimization, risk control, and investment or capital allocation activities.
• Identify financial risks and provide timely warnings for arising issues.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent role.
• Strong understanding of Vietnamese tax laws, finance regulations, and accounting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Misa or Bravo, and strong Excel skills.

• Fluent Chinese proficiency (speaking, listening, reading, writing) for working with partners and reporting to management.
