Job Description

Financial & Accounting Management

  • Develop and oversee implementation of accounting and financial policies.
  • Manage and control revenue, expenses, and financial indicators on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Monitor cash flow and provide financial analysis and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
  • Advise management on accounting regulations, tax policies, and legislative changes relevant to company operations.
  • Provide real-time updates on financial situations to related departments.

Accounting Operations & Compliance

  • Organize and manage the accounting system and team structure in compliance with legal and business requirements.
  • Regularly review accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise financial transactions, payment processing, and asset management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial and tax reports to authorities.
  • Lead communications and audits with tax, finance, and inspection agencies.
  • Maintain proper documentation, secure storage of accounting data, and confidentiality of company information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to establish integrated operational procedures and policies.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Plan department manpower and assign responsibilities to subordinates.
  • Manage and resolve team conflicts, ensuring a cohesive and productive environment.
  • Develop training programs to improve staff competency and professional knowledge.
  • Conduct performance reviews and evaluate staff effectiveness.

Reporting

  • Prepare and present financial statements and tax reports according to local regulations.
  • Provide periodic financial and business performance reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports as required by management.
  • Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • Certified Chief Accountant qualification.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar senior accounting role.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or companies operating on online business platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using accounting software (FAST, MISA).
  • Strong understanding of macroeconomic, financial, accounting, tax, audit, and banking regulations.
