Job Description
Accounting & Financial Management
- Manage all accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Control and maintain accounting records, input financial data, allocate expenses, and prepare quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other management reports required by tax authorities.
- Oversee payments, collections, and cash flow management.
- Perform annual personal income tax (PIT) finalization for employees.
- Verify legality of contracts and financial documents with customers and partners.
- Record and allocate tuition revenue (for education centers) and depreciation of fixed assets and investments.
- Represent the Company in working with tax authorities and relevant state agencies.
- Provide cash flow forecasts and financial recommendations to the management team.
Payroll & Employee Record Management
- Maintain employee records, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.
- Handle social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), unemployment insurance (UI), and PIT for employees.
Ad-hoc Tasks
- Support the Executive Director and management team with financial data and other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Accountant.
- At least 1 year of experience working at a Language Center or Educational Institution is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, finance, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (MISA, FAST, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Logical thinking and ability to synthesize financial information effectively.
- English proficiency is not required but is an advantage.
