Job Description
- Assist in managing daily operations of import and export activities.
- Oversee and ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and internal company policies.
- Coordinate with related departments (production, warehouse, accounting, etc.) to ensure smooth export–import workflow.
- Have solid knowledge of processing trade procedures, including customs documentation, norm (bill of materials) management, and preparation of final Liquidation reports for processing enterprises
- Have a clear understanding of internal manufacturing workflows, including the responsibilities and interrelations among Warehouse, Accounting, and Shipping department
- Support preparation of annual processing Liquidation reports
- Have experience and knowledge of Certificate of Origin (C/O) application and export requirements for the US and EU markets. Manage C/O applications (especially for EU and US markets) and ensure compliance with origin rules.
- Have experience in establishing and improving internal export–import management systems
- Handle customs issues, and liaise with authorities or agents when necessary.
- Assist the manager in data analysis, preparing reports, and following up on improvement actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirement
- College degree or higher in International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import–export operations, preferably in a manufacturing or processing enterprise.
- Proficiency in Chinese is required; English proficiency is a plus.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and high responsibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and coordinate well with cross-functional teams
