Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Planning:
- Assess current and future talent needs within manufacturing, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on job descriptions, recruitment strategies, and candidate selection, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified talent.
- Manage headcount planning, organizational structure adjustments, and resource allocation to maximize productivity and efficiency within manufacturing.
Talent Development:
- Design and implement development programs aligned with the company's talent strategy and career paths.
- Facilitate the annual performance review process and support managers in setting development goals for their teams.
- Build strong relationships with high-potential employees, providing guidance and support for their career growth.
General Administration & Total Rewards:
- Oversee general administrative functions related to the manufacturing department, including office facilities, management, and employee services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and labor laws.
- Manage performance and reward processes, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with company goals.
Training & Development (Non-Manager Level):
- Identify training needs within the manufacturing team to address skill gaps and support business objectives.
- Work closely with line managers to deliver targeted training programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Provide input and justification for promotions for non-managerial roles within manufacturing.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HRBP role, preferably within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding and experience in talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, and talent development.
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and safety standards relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
