Job Description
As an HR officer, you will be responsible for the following jobs:
1. Recruitment: 60 – 70%
Proactive search CVs from many channels & social networks and approach candidates for job interview invitation
Record candidates’ database and update recruitment record database timely and accurately
2. Training: 20%
Coordinate with PIC to organize training courses as approved plan - Keep track of online training programs and update learning progress/results
3. Culture activities: 10%
Support to develop and organize company culture activities to enhance employees’ spirit (e.g. teambuilding, year-end party, social activities, etc.)
Job Requirement
- University graduate with bachelor degree
- Good English and Vietnamese speaking and writing skills
- Have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
- Be proactive, dynamic and sociable
- Candidates who are either HR-oriented or having HR experience are preferred
