Job Description
Human Resources Strategy & Operations
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, focusing on organizational development and capability building.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Oversee Compensation & Benefits (C&B), payroll coordination, and lead performance management and talent engagement programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and manage expatriate documentation (Work Permits, TRCs).
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Leadership
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE regulations, lead risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to build a strong safety culture.
- Manage incident investigations, environmental compliance, waste management, and legal HSE reporting.
- Coordinate all internal and external HSE audits to ensure operational sustainability.
General Administration & Compliance
- Oversee facility management, including office security, transportation, and canteen services to ensure a productive working environment.
- Lead HR and HSE compliance for customer audits and certifications (e.g., SMETA, BRC, Sedex), coordinating corrective action plans.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor the HR, Admin, and HSE teams, setting performance objectives and fostering professional growth.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Safety, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and HSE regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with ISO, SMETA, BRC, or Sedex standards is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in English for professional business communication.
- Experience with HRIS implementation and organizational development.
Personality & Attitude
- Decisive, results-oriented leader with a strong commitment to safety and employee well-being.
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures in a multinational environment.
