Job Description
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop competitive total rewards programs, manage compensation budgets, and provide training on C&B strategies.

Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a proven track record in all key HR functions.
- Experience in the digital advertising industry is highly desirable.
- Strong vision for HR and people strategy, with a focus on growth, innovation, and challenging the status quo.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to HR management.
