Job Description
Certifications & Compliance (40%)
- Manage the company’s internal certification and audit programs (Worldly, ISO, Higg FEM, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with industry and legal requirements on labor rights, social standards, environmental regulations, and product movement within Vietnam.
- Support group targets related to renewable energy, FSC claims, waste recycling, and sustainability performance.
- Assist with clients’ documentation and compliance requirements.
- Collect data for client questionnaires (e.g., energy consumption and production waste).
- Conduct worker training sessions and support CSR and sustainability projects.
Human Resources Management (60%)
- Assist in executing core HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Group HR standards and local labor laws.
- Communicate HR policies effectively to ensure understanding and compliance across the company.
- Collaborate with Group HR on manpower planning, HR strategy, and budgeting to support business growth.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities such as team building and festive events.
- Undertake other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years of all-rounded HR experience in reputable companies.
- Familiar with the Vietnamese Labor Code and HR-related legislations.
- Experience in supply chain management, social responsibility (Sedex, certifications), or sustainability processes is desirable.
- Experience in the handbag hardware, handbag, or footwear industry is preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Good understanding of compliance and audit procedures.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).

- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility and independence.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and creative thinker.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to network and utilize internal and external resources.
