Job Description

Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare, manage, and store administrative documents, forms, notifications, and official letters.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure all HR-related documentation is organized and up to date.
  • Handle general office management tasks as assigned by superiors.

Recruitment & Training Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and managing onboarding/offboarding procedures.
  • Support the organization of training sessions, maintaining training records and schedules.

HR Operations

  • Assist with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and maintaining HR-related records.
  • Translate and interpret HR documents or internal communications when required.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between HR and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.

Other Tasks

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by line managers or HR management.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • College or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Foreign Languages, or related fields.

Experience

  • Experience in HR–Admin at a foreign-invested company is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional, flexible, and cooperative working attitude.
