Job Description

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, and align them with the company's goals and priorities.
Assess the impact of product ideas on users and business; address potential risks as a part of developed solutions.
Define and prioritize the product backlog, features, and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, data analysis, and business objectives.
Move fast using prototyping and experimentation to verify product ideas.
Oversee the product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring quality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
Perfect the product development process increasing its speed and quality.
Collaborate with the engineering department connecting product and technology perspectives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, legal, finance, and other departments in order to launch, explain, and grow the product.
Measuring and evaluating the product performance, impact, and outcomes using data-driven methods and tools (e.g. A/B tests).
Lead and manage the product management team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, innovation, customer obsession, and data-driven decisions.
Establish and maintain good relationships with internal and external partners, such as developers, designers, marketers, salespeople, and customers.
Represent and advocate for the product team and the product interests to the senior management and other stakeholders.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
5+ years of experience in a leadership role in product management.
Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet the customer and business needs.
Excellent product sense and vision, and ability to translate complex problems and solutions into simple and intuitive products.
Strong analytical and data-driven skills, and ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure product outcomes.
Exceptional communication (including English), collaboration skills and presentation skills, and ability to communicate and influence effectively across different levels and functions.
Experience with agile and lean product development methodologies, and familiarity with product management tools and best practices.
Creative, visionary, strategic, customer-centric mindset.
Curious, quickly learning and applying new technologies to solve problems for customers, to reach new audiences, and to enable new business models.
UX/UI designing & code programming experience is a plus
