Job Description
1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure an efficient and smooth recruitment process.
2. Manage employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes, including new employee training, benefits and employee file management.
3. Responsible for employee compensation and benefits accounting and payment, to ensure that the compensation and benefits system is fair, reasonable and compliant.
4. Set up training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Overseeing employee performance evaluation and incentive mechanism to promote employee development and motivation.
6. Managing company administrative affairs, including office equipment procurement, maintenance, cleaning, etc;
7. Ensure the smooth running of the company's daily operations and assist in solving administrative problems of various departments.
8. To be responsible for the development and supervision of the implementation of the company's systems and regulations, and the establishment and maintenance of employee files.
9. Organizing and coordinating the company's meetings, activities and receptions, and doing the collation and distribution of meetings and minutes.
10. Manage the company's co-operative relationship with external agencies and assist in dealing with various related matters.
Job Requirement
1. University degree or above, preferably in human resource management related majors.
2. At least 5 years of HR experience in retail industry, familiar with Vietnam HR system, government policies and related processes, garment industry is a plus.
3. Language requirement: fluent in Chinese
4. Independent management ability and crisis management ability, stress resistance and work stability.
5. Good communication, co-ordination and negotiation skills, able to deal with staff conflicts effectively.
6. Good teamwork spirit and innovative awareness, able to actively participate in the company's local strategic planning and business development.
7. Proactive, patient, careful and have a strong sense of responsibility.
