Job Description
1. Assist the general manager in formulating strategic planning, overseas channel layout, supervising and following up the implementation；
2. Overseas, introduction arrangements, meetings, notifying about future task and deals.
3. Overseas exhibition co-ordination, contact the organizer to purchase booths, communicate with local contractors about construction plans until the completion of the exhibition booth decoration project；
4. Visit or reception plans, and accompany the general manager in business activities and do a good job in translation. (Chinese, Vietnam). English can be plus side.
5. Arrangements for manager, trips, hotel, tickets.
6. After meeting with Customers, suppliers, internal meeting. She should be able to write Meeting minutes.
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above, assistant general manager and related work experience；
2. Proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in basic Chinese；
3. High work efficiency and strong communication skills；
4. Strong ability to work under pressure and dedication to work；
5. Able to accompany the boss on business trips when needed.
6. Able to work overtime if needed.
7. Work from Monday to Saturday.
8. Age 24-35
