Job Description

Production Management and Operations

• Organize and operate production activities to meet required productivity, quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Develop plans to optimize production costs through effective utilization of manpower, machinery, equipment, materials, and capital resources.
• Ensure all production objectives and business goals are achieved while meeting customer quality requirements.
• Establish and execute production strategies and long-term operational initiatives aligned with the Company’s business direction.

Cost Control and Process Optimization

• Develop and implement plans to control and reduce material loss, energy consumption, and overall production costs.
• Promote optimal human resource usage and sustainable development to maximize operational efficiency.

Training and Employee Development

• Provide skills training for employees to ensure they stay updated with production management methods and knowledge.

Safety, Standards, and Compliance

• Maintain and improve workplace safety conditions and awareness throughout the factory.
• Establish, maintain, and update production procedures, 5S–TPS practices, occupational safety and hygiene, and fire prevention regulations.

Technical and Product Development Support

• Direct or collaborate on technical product issues, research and improve product quality, apply new technologies, and support new product development.

Problem-Solving and Operations Support

• Resolve issues arising during production operations and ensure smooth factory performance.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within Wood or Furniture manufacturing.
• Experience in production management at foreign companies.
• Experience working in OEM factories is an advantage.
• English communication skills.
