Job Description

General Management and Administration

  • Develop and implement operational strategies according to the goals of the Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate with departments to establish a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) system for the entire company.
  • Monitor operational efficiency and propose improvements.

Financial and Accounting Management

  • Control budgets, cash flow, project costs, and production costs.
  • Approve financial reports and cost-profit analysis reports.
  • Ensure transparency and compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Human Resources and Administration

  • Build an organizational structure suitable for each development stage.
  • Control recruitment, training, evaluation, and HR policies.
  • Build corporate culture and a positive working environment.

Technical Design Management

  • Supervise design drawings, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
  • Control technical accuracy, material optimization, and feasibility in production and installation.
  • Coordinate between technical and production/construction departments when changes occur.

Project Construction Management

  • Manage progress, quality, and safety at construction sites.
  • Allocate construction manpower suitable for each project.
  • Control volume, acceptance, and as-built documentation.
  • Resolve site issues and coordinate with QA/QC and technical teams.

Purchasing and Supply Chain

  • Build and evaluate the supplier system.
  • Develop optimal purchasing strategies to ensure materials are of the right quality, on schedule, and at the best price.
  • Search for new material sources to meet diverse production and business needs.

Production Planning and Control

  • Plan production, coordinate orders, and project progress.
  • Control workshop capacity and coordinate resources between departments.
  • Forecast progress risks and report to the Board for timely handling.
  • Control material norms and inventory.

Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC)

  • Build and monitor quality standards for wood and metal products.
  • Control quality at all stages: input, production, finishing, and installation.
  • Perform project quality assessments, handle defects, and propose improvements.

Production Management (Wood & Metal)

  • Responsible for the effective use of resources and payroll funds based on assigned workload.
  • Manage and effectively exploit machinery, equipment, and tools serving the production process.
  • Responsible for progress, technique, and product quality.
  • Manage the use of materials and accessories within allowable norms.
  • Responsible for Labor Safety, Industrial Hygiene, production environment, and Fire Prevention within the management scope.
  • Propose improvement measures and cost-saving initiatives.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Wood Mechanics, Interior Design, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Priority given to candidates with an engineering background (Mechanical Engineering is a plus).

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5–10 years of senior management experience in the manufacturing and construction industry.
  • Deep understanding of wood and metal production, construction processes, and technical standards.
  • Priority given to candidates with experience in building operational systems from scratch or restructuring enterprises.

Skills & Competencies

  • Operational and production management skills.
  • Planning, analysis, and data evaluation skills.
  • Understanding and experience in applying technology, ERP, automation, or production process improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Decision-making skills in a high-pressure environment.
