Production Operations Management

• Organize production activities and factory operations to ensure productivity, quality, on-time delivery, and cost-saving in materials and resources.
• Develop plans to minimize production costs through efficient use of manpower, machinery, equipment, raw materials, and capital.
• Ensure business objectives and production plans meet customer quality requirements.

Strategy Development and Implementation

• Develop and execute production strategies and supporting activities aligned with the Company’s long-term business direction.
• Implement plans to control and reduce waste, energy consumption, and overall production costs.
• Enhance sustainable development initiatives and maximize workforce potential.

Continuous Improvement and Technology Advancement

• Lead or participate in product-related technical issues, product improvement research, and process optimization.
• Study and implement new technologies and develop new products.

Process Compliance and Safety Management

• Build, maintain, and update production procedures and regulations related to 5S, TPS, occupational safety, hygiene, and fire prevention.
• Ensure factory safety and improve working conditions and safety awareness.

Training and Team Development

• Train employees to ensure timely updates on production management knowledge and skills.
• Promote employee development to support operational excellence.

Operational Problem-Solving

• Handle and resolve issues arising during production operations.

Job Requirement

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.

Experience & Knowledge

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position in the Wood or Furniture Manufacturing industry.
• Experience in production management at foreign-owned companies.
• Experience working in OEM factories is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of production operations and technology application.
