Job Description
- Design molding and press dies according to project specifications.
- Develop and implement solutions to address die and mold problems that arise during production.
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify the root causes of mold issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirement
- College or University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Prior experience in Mold/Die/Casting is highly beneficial (this could include design, repair, maintenance, or improvement).
- Proven experience using SolidWorks software for design purposes.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with quality improvement methodologies such as Ho-Ren-So and PDCA.
- Personal attributes: Honesty, ability to work well under pressure, strong work ethic, and a collaborative team player.
