Job Description
Sales and Customer Management
- Identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach, including calls, emails, and scheduled appointments.
- Manage the full sales process from lead qualification and discovery to deal closure and contract execution.
- Understand customer needs, business goals, and challenges to recommend suitable cloud-based solutions.
- Clearly communicate product value, demonstrate relevant use cases, and tailor presentations or demos to each customer.
Pipeline and Process Optimization
- Maintain and optimize a growing sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and conversion-focused activities.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report progress accurately.
- Stay current on product updates, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively position solutions.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams, as well as strategic partners, to achieve shared business objectives.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales-related position.
- Proven record of achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Experience in high-volume calling and B2B sales.
- Familiar with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent problem-solving ability and adaptability.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
Language Skills
- English (Business Level).
- Korean (Business Level).
