Job Description
Customer Service Management:
- Respond to customer inquiries (phone and email) and provide guidance on documentation.
- Oversee the end-to-end process for credit facility utilization, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Transaction Execution:
- Manage credit-related transactions (loans, L/Cs, LGs) for limit control.
- Review supporting documents for loan disbursement and handle the disbursement process.
- Manage interest rate changes and monitor loan maturity.
- Notify clients about loan pricing and matured transactions.
Client and Business Administrative Support:
- Act as the primary contact for client requests and handle correspondence.
- Track transaction status and assist Relationship Managers (RMs) in delivering client service.
- Perform daily administrative tasks.
Internal Coordination:
- Liaise between clients, RMs, and internal departments to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
Other:
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirement
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
- Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in banking or finance, preferably in a similar role or related function.
- Good understanding of local laws related to lending activities for corporate clients.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and execution skills.
- High adaptability and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure with resilience, patience, and a result-oriented focus.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
