Job Description
- Make outbound calls and handle customer contact and correspondence according to standard procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Write formal letters to customers.
- Interact professionally with customers via phone, email, and mail.
- Provide information on banking services to enhance customer relationships.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and sales support.
- Address customer needs effectively.
- Handle customer complaints positively and assertively.
- Provide efficient and helpful service by answering inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Perform offline system maintenance based on customer requests.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries and promises.
- Process financial entries and account adjustments when necessary.
- Complete other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken English).
- Strong customer service skills, commitment to teamwork, initiative, service orientation, ability to work under pressure, maturity, motivation, attention to detail, analytical skills, and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of specialized banking products, systems, and services.
- Knowledge of internet usage and Microsoft Office (email, Excel, Word, fax).
- Strong listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to gather information from customers.
- Assertiveness and ability to manage situations with limited information.
