Job Description
The Intern will support the Human Resources (HR) team, primarily focusing on tasks related to recruitment and candidate management. This role involves data entry, candidate sourcing, reporting, and other administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Input and verify candidate information into the system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist the team in searching for candidates using internal databases (CRM) and external recruitment channels.
- Compile daily data and prepare reports for the team.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related field.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
