Job Description
- Responsible for the financial audit and reconciliation of the company's incoming processing business, to ensure the compliance of purchase orders, invoices, payments and other documents;
- Prepare the company's financial statements, including the cost schedule of incoming processing, the payment schedule of incoming processing, etc.;
- Assist company leaders to deal with other financial related issues, such as communication and negotiation with local suppliers, banks, etc.
- Assist to arrange financial statement audit, tax declaration, etc. according to the company's needs.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above, finance, accounting background, with more than 2 years of financial experience in the incoming processing industry;
- Familiar with the production and analysis of financial statements, with strong financial analysis and report writing skills;
- Proficient in Excel, SAP and other financial software, familiar with the rules and laws and regulations;
- Good communication skills and team work spirit, able to work independently.
