Job Description
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing channel partners.
- Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance, generating regular reports and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, product) to ensure channel strategies align with business goals.
- Develop marketing programs and campaigns to support channel sales initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential partners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in channel sales or business development with a demonstrable track record of success.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies, partner management best practices, and indirect sales models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
