Job Description
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify potential corporate clients through market data, FDI investment news, recruitment demand signals, and personal networks.
- Approach HR Directors, CEOs, and business decision-makers through cold calls, professional email marketing, networking, and business events.
- Build and develop strategic relationships with B2B clients in target markets.
Solution Selling & Contract Negotiation
- Analyze client HR and recruitment challenges to propose suitable solutions such as Headhunting, RPO, Payroll, or salary survey consulting.
- Present service solutions professionally to client leadership and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate placement fees, warranty terms, payment processes, and contract conditions while protecting company profit margins.
Account Management & Business Growth
- Maintain regular relationships with existing clients to keep the company top-of-mind for future recruitment needs.
- Manage client expectations and support long-term account development.
- Follow up on client needs and contribute to revenue growth through repeat business and service expansion.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
- Candidates from premium services, software/HRTech, corporate insurance, or finance industries are preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with business leaders.
- Good contract closing, negotiation, client development, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business sense, numerical mindset, and understanding of business indicators.
- Ability to forecast market recruitment trends and identify client demand.
- Good self-management skills and ability to work under high sales target pressure.
Language / Other Requirements
- Good English proficiency.
- Experience or interest in HR services, recruitment, headhunting, RPO, payroll, or HRTech is preferred.
- Ability to work in a B2B client-facing business development role.
Personality & Attitude
- Proactive, target-driven, and commercially minded.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional when working with corporate clients.
- Resilient under sales pressure and able to manage work independently.
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on long-term relationship building.
