Job Description
Interpretation, Translation, and Communication
- Provide interpretation and translation between Korean–Vietnamese–English for the Chairman in meetings, reports, and official documents.
- Participate as an interpreter at business exhibitions, company trips, and networking events.
- Handle day-to-day communication between the Chairman and both internal and external partners.
- Manage meeting schedules, prepare materials, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
Business Support and Coordination
- Assist the Chairman in networking, public relations, and event coordination.
- Arrange business trips, including hotel reservations, restaurants, ticketing, and transportation.
- Prepare and manage gifts, reservations, and general affairs related to the Chairman’s activities.
Information and Administration Management
- Summarize and analyze market, industry, and government policy information, particularly in the pharmaceutical, K-Beauty, and cosmetics sectors.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports to update the Chairman on business and market trends.
- Manage confidential documents, correspondence, and expense reports related to the Chairman’s office.
- Oversee administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Korean Studies, or a related field.
Experience & Knowledge
- 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in cosmetics, K-Beauty, or Korean-related business environments is a strong advantage.
- Experience in interpreting at exhibitions or business events is preferred.
- Understanding of Vietnamese and Korean corporate cultures.
Language Skills
- Excellent Korean interpretation and translation skills (equivalent to TOPIK Level 6 or higher).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Personality & Attitude
- Polite, professional, and well-mannered in both internal and external communications.
- Honest, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Adaptable and professional in a multicultural working environment.
- Strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Working Conditions
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Available to travel to Can Tho 1–2 days per week for meetings or events.
