Job Description

Sales Management & Growth

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, ensuring effective product availability and market coverage.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s footprint within the assigned region.
  • Implement trade marketing activities and channel development programs to boost sales performance.

Distributor & Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and promotional support in alignment with company policy.
  • Provide guidance and training to distributor sales teams to ensure brand consistency and sales effectiveness.
  • Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns, merchandising, and visibility plans in the market.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Collect market data, monitor competitor activities, and provide insights for business strategy adjustment.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess brand performance and customer feedback.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to management.

Team Development & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of sales representatives in the assigned region.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry or related fields (e.g., consumer goods, beverages, or food distribution).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing distributors.
  • Analytical mindset with good problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned territories.
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese.
