Job Description

Sales Management

  • Manage branch sales targets and contribute to achieving overall company objectives.
  • Develop consultants to qualify for new titles, achieve personal and group goals.
  • Ensure recruitment of new leaders and consultants to support sustainable growth.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement corrective actions.

Training & Development

  • Conduct training sessions for leaders on company initiatives (monthly LC meetings, Oriflame Academy modules, etc.).
  • Coach leaders in goal-setting and provide ongoing support through joint actions and follow-ups.
  • Organize leadership councils to strengthen partnerships with key leaders.
  • Develop monthly training plans aligned with company activities.

Event Organization

  • Plan and execute motivational events, recruiting campaigns, catalogue launches, roadshows, and beauty shows.
  • Collaborate with suppliers (venue rentals, photographers, printing services, etc.) to ensure quality execution.
  • Create engaging atmospheres at events to foster excitement and success.

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms (fanpages, groups) to support consultants.
  • Design visuals, post images/videos on social media for recruitment and promotions.
  • Capture highlights from programs/events for promotional purposes.

Administrative Support

  • Perform customer service tasks such as greeting leaders on birthdays and congratulating new titles.
  • Update daily reports required by management.
  • Evaluate consultants’ feedback and incorporate into actionable strategies.
  • Support distributor-focused initiatives (nutrition clubs, skincare clubs, leader clubs, etc.).

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales management or customer-facing roles.
  • Experience in FMCG or multi-level marketing preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong English proficiency for research and business communication.
  • Proficiency with photo/video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and social media platforms.
  • Professional appearance reflecting brand values.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to motivate and build relationships.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with creative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
  • Commitment to long-term career growth.
