Job Description
General Administration Management
- Manage all administrative operations at the office and factory including office supplies, facilities, equipment, and internal logistics.
- Develop and enforce administrative procedures and company internal regulations.
- Supervise the usage of company assets, equipment, and shared facilities.
Facility, Security, and Transportation Management
- Oversee maintenance of office facilities including electrical systems, water systems, air-conditioning, and fire safety systems.
- Ensure workplace security and coordinate with external security service providers.
- Manage the transportation fleet and coordinate pick-up and drop-off arrangements for guests and expatriates.
Logistics and Expatriate Support
- Arrange accommodation, meals, and transportation for expatriates and visiting clients or partners.
- Assist with visa applications, work permits, residence registration, and all related legal documentation.
External Affairs and Government Relations
- Represent the company in communication with local authorities regarding administrative and legal matters.
- Participate in organizing external events, inauguration ceremonies, and guest receptions.
Admin Department Leadership
- Manage, train, and assign tasks to administrative staff.
- Evaluate performance and optimize resource allocation within the admin team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CFAO.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration, or related fields.
Experience & Knowledge
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an Administration Manager or General Affairs Manager in a manufacturing company with 300 to 500 employees.
- Experience working in FDI manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Proficient in all four Chinese language skills.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments and with external partners.
