RESPONSIBILITIES

Communications (50%)

Develop and implement internal communications content to ensure consistent and effective communication across the organization and channels including:

• Studio announcements (studio updates, happy birthday, best staff, newcomers, etc.)
• Life at Sparx* (employee interviews, event communications, etc.)
• Highlight announced or launched projects at Sparx*.
• Department newsletter (monthly, or quarterly).
• Other ad-hoc communications campaigns assigned by the Team Leader or HR Manager.
• Support Team Leader in planning for the communications plan.

Operations (30%)

• Be responsible for planning, producing, and monitoring corporate gimmicks (onboarding package, happy birthday gifts…).
• Support Team Leader in doing administrative tasks of the teams (delivering gimmicks/gifts to employees, etc.).
• Support the Recruitment team in talent acquisition activities and events (job fairs, workshops, studio tours…).

Translation (20%)

• Translate HR message/document as requested.
• Being a translator for studio events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Have at least 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement & internal communications.
• Strong experience in using MS Offices (especially Word and PowerPoint).
• Experience in using Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator is a plus.
• Fluent speaking in English.
• Good content writing in English and Vietnamese.
• Highly motivated and proactive with independent decision-making ability and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups including senior management.
