Responsibilities:
✔ Lead sales partners to achieve sales targets
✔ Establish productive and professional relationships with key
personnel in assigned customer accounts
✔ Support, guide and motivate growing leaders
✔ Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
✔ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly network reports.
✔ Communicate and support partners in incentive programs.
✔ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
✔ Liaise with Marketing, Ops & Compliance team to ensure brand consistency ✔ Stay up-to-date with new product launches
✔ Conduct events and trainings - Identify needs of distributors on a regular basis and develop training required for them.
✔ Analyze metrics in all areas of sales, distributor performance, organizational performance for reporting to higher management and for decision making
✔ Build and maintain Distributor Relationships as well as identify and groom potential and upcoming distributors
✔ Support Distributor activities and provide advice.
✔ Constantly speak and motivate Distributors daily.
✔ Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
✔ Proven work experience as a Sales & Key Account manager with MLM Background (at least 2 years)
✔ Strong problem-solving skills
✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔ Good time management and organizational skills
✔ Excellent leadership and networking abilities
✔ Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
✔ Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
✔ Results-driven individual
✔ Ability to offer excellent customer service
✔ Advanced English, Vietnamese native
✔ Russian Language Fluency is a big advantage
