- Assist the ADOS with the implementation and achievement of the Sales department’s targets (in TA/corporate segments).
- Confirm the agent booking, guest booking by mail or phone.
- Developing, maintaining and updating comprehensive client databases
- Checking and controlling daily hotel revenue figures against budgets targets.
- Sales call, hunting corporate business and invite clients to hotel for the inspection.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers withing the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients
Yêu cầu công việc
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC:
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in same position in 3-star upwards hotels or resorts or relevant travel industry reservations/sales.
- Good at both English writing and speaking (Other languages are advantage).
- Relevant travel industry reservations/sales/operations/marketing experience.
- Good communication and administration skill.
- Management and organization skills, detailed-oriented.
- Strong sales skill.
- Persuasive skill.
- Good relationship with Travel Agents/Corporate.
- Good database of guests is preferable.
- Characteristics: Pleasant, positive attitude, open-minded.
