  • Supervise the Operations team (Operations & Customer Care representatives, Housekeeping staff, trainees, etc.), including but not limiting to the following items: arranging the team's working schedule, distributing work tasks, checking worksheets, evaluating the team's working performance, etc.
  • Coordinately closely with the security company and supervise the working performance of assigned security guards to ensure safety and security for residents and assets within the residence buildings.
  • Manage the softwares/system being run for the purposes of safety and security of the residence buildings, including but not limiting to: fingerprint lock system, magenic key card system, camera system, etc.
  • Coordinate closely with the investors/internal employees/the Government authorities/service providers to ensure that all maintenance issues/tasks within the residence buildings are resolved timely and effectively, including but not limiting to the following items: the fire protection system, electricity, water, refrigeration, waterproofing issues, pool maintenance, pest control.
  • Plan and coordinate with the relevant departments/suppliers to timely and effectively make sure both short-term and long-term rooms are set up as per the set room set up standard and upgrade the apartments, public areas and storage areas used for operations purposes
  • Ensure the Supervise and ensure that all necessary steps associated with the procedures of check-in, check-out, room moving are fully and effectively carried outash funds of the Operations department are spent correctly and effectively following the established guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Office Supervisor to ensure that tools/supplies needed for the operations purposes are purchased, kept and used effectively

Customer Care:

  • Supervise and ensure that all necessary steps associated with the procedures of check-in, check-out, room moving are fully and effectively carried out
  • Oversee the customer-related paperwork procedures to ensure that all necessary paperworks are timely carried out.
  • Oversee and ensure that any software (Channel Manager, Mailchimp, etc.) file/folder used within the Customer Care function is updated and used effectively.
  • Resolve and handle complaints and requests from tenants regarding services received from the building management board.
  • Be responsible for managing, planning and timely distributing necessary announcements to residents/guests
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing department to ensure the communication process, the open/close short-term rooms process on OTAs as well as the process of managing room occupancy are always effectively carried out.
  • Responsible for planning, arranging and organizing events, decorations, holiday-related gifts, etc. for residents/guests and YÊN Living's properties.
  • Other related operations & customer care tasks assigned by the Head of Operations & Customer Care and CEO

  • A university graduate of any business-related majors with at least 03 years of working experience in Operations/Customer Service in the Hospitality industry.
  • Comfortable in learning and using new tools/softwares
  • Excellent leadership, motivational and organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Proactive, organized and capable of multitasking
  • Fluent English communication
