Mô tả công việc

Monitor, evaluate, and audit a sampling of inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Report evaluation findings to relevant stakeholders, including Quality Leadership, Operations, Client, Account Management, and Resource Unit partners.
Participate in calibration and call listening sessions to ensure consistent scoring and best practices.
Conduct internal quality audits to evaluate processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend changes.
Maintain a strong understanding of client products, services, and program strategies.
Collaborate on quality task forces to address specific initiatives.
Meet departmental productivity requirements, including call monitoring targets and email evaluations.
Complete required administrative tasks, such as phone time tracking and document maintenance.
Support management in reviewing key performance indicators and operational processes to drive Balanced Scorecards and achieve profitability goals.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's Degree in a related field from a four-year college or university, with at least one year of relevant experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines effectively.
Detail-oriented.
