Mô tả công việc

We are recruiting a Project Manager to join the company to start a new department.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage prefabrication projects of houses and apartments in Vietnam to be installed in Australia.
Build relationships with suppliers of building materials who meet Australian standards and pass information to purchasing department for procurement for both the prefabricated housing project and the PPpow e-commerce platform.
Present about PPPow to suppliers and secure MOU and contracts with them to publish their products on the PPPow platform.
Manage a team of builders to construct the prefabricated property in adjoining pieces.
Deal with Australian private certifiers to ensure prefabrication meets all Australian import requirements and building standards.
Understand technical architectural drawings prepared in English and translate documents to the relevant stakeholders in Vietnam.
Work with Australian architects, builders, surveyors, certifiers and town planners to ensure smooth end to end construction process.

Yêu cầu công việc

Past experience in prefabrication/modular construction
Past experience in major construction companies in Vietnam
English IELTS equivalent 7.5
Able to travel and can meet visa requirements to Australia
