Oversee and manage the procurement process for the Production Group, working closely with production and maintenance teams to determine material needs and specifications.
Source and qualify vendors and service providers, both locally and internationally, negotiating competitive prices and favorable contract terms.
Manage the procurement of goods and services, adhering to a "Best Value" procurement policy while ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow, including traffic management and inventory control.
Develop, implement, and review procurement policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and best practices.
Manage the purchasing and material function within the Maximo system, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Provide support to other departments, including Finance, on procurement-related matters.
Supervise and mentor junior procurement staff.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: University degree required.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and logistics within the Oil & Gas industry.
Specific Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas production equipment and materials.
- Knowledge of HSE practices within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiarity with accounting and commercial principles, import/export regulations, and customs procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for purchasing and inventory management.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including pivot tables), and experience with Maximo or similar procurement software.
Personal Attributes:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
