• Understand all the different group sales segments within the hotel industry
• Sell guest rooms, event space, and Food & Beverage.
• Participate in daily business review meetings, pre-convention meetings, leadership meetings, training and other sales-related meetings, sales blitz.
• Work closely with the Director of Sales, sales, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client expectations.
• Develop business strategies by analyzing historical, current and future hotel and market trends, implementing marketing initiatives to capture new accounts and meet sales goals.

• Degree in Business / Human Resources / Psychology & have at least 1yr of experience or currently enrolled or 5 yrs of experience.
• Excellent English skills, strong analytical skills along with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Prior experience or internship in HR, administration, or a related field is desirable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Demonstrated passion for learning and growing within the field of human resources, with a proactive attitude ) towards professional development.
