Mô tả công việc
- Track and process booking on the order management system related to airline tickets.
- Use the GDS system to book and track airline tickets.
- Track ticket time limit (TKTL), issue tickets, monitor flight status of passengers.
- Support services such as online checkin, special meal, checked-baggage, change or refund ticket.
- Resolve customer cases related to flight ticketing by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Handle and resolve complaints from customers inconvenienced by airline issues via email while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Understanding our flight ticketing product inside and out to answer customers’ queries.
- Communicating and coordinating with relevant teams, international teams, and partners/providers when necessary.
- Other tasks as line team leader’s assignment.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good at English both reading and writing (TOEIC>700 or IELTS 6.0 up to).
- Working in an international environment.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Can-do attitude, open-minded, good communication.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience in travel/OTA, used to work as a booker, or have experience in using GDS systems (1G, 1A, 1B, 1S).
- Good computer skills in the office (Microsoft Office, Drive, mail,…).
