Mô tả công việc

  • Together with our General Manager Marketing you are responsible to built up our branch office in Vietnam.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
  • You are responsible for the recruitment and the human resources management.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion with all matters relating to personal and office-related matters.
  • Your daily business will be also the sales organization, to start our online business project for our catering equipment business for Hotel / Restaurant.
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar position.
  • Good at English & Vietnamese.
  • You are professional about sales skills.
  • Good at Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experienced in managing office administrative tasks & working with multi-stakeholders both internally & externally as well as managing services.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, critical thinking, verbal and written communication skills.
