- Leading the agronomist/buying team in developing the required farm capacity to source from to achieve the company's export volume
- Establish contracts between TFR and its network farmers
- Advise on price policy based on benchmark, required volume and required future farmers
- Managing operations between suppliers and company

Yêu cầu công việc

Knowledge/ Experience:
- Graduate university majoring in Agriculture
- At least 10 years of experience in farmer management and very familiar with Globalgap standard
- Knowledge about fruit agronomy and fruit markets
 

Skills:
- Deal maker drive & commercial skills by designing the commercial approach for immediate implementation and for the future.
- Good management skill with own team, colleagues in TFR, farmers and other 3rd parties TFR works with
- Good internal and external communication skill
- Able to communicate and read and understand specialized English documents.

Attitudes:
- Ability to listen and learn what own team, farmers and 3rd parties relevant to TFR look for
- Growth attitude
- Progressive spirit to inspire team, farmers and 3rd parties relevant to TFR

Location: Farm in Vinh Long and another province in Mekong Delta
