Mô tả công việc

- Drafting letter & translation (internal & external).
- Air ticket booking (inland & abroad) & Guest welcome & arrangement (schedule planning, accommodation, restaurant, transportation)
- Car & driver control (car schedule, parking, maintenance & repair update, insurance, petrol consumption maintain & report)
- Carry out administrative formalities for foreigner employees working in the company (Visa, work permit, residence card,..).
- Yearly labor protection plan (budget, carry out, control, update and report) & monthly sum-up & purchase stationery, necessities, equipment, labor safety.
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment; orders replacement supplies as needed.
- Manage & maintain canteen service for employees
- Organize annual health check for all employees (health check list, quotation, proposal & schedule).
- Other related tasks.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University Degree in Admin management, Services & Tourism Administration or English
- At least 2 years of experience on Administration & Services in production factories
- Advanced computer skills on MS office
- Good written and verbal English skills
- Good organization and fluent presentation skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Having spirit of learning and sociable with collective
- Ability to work independently or teamwork
- Responsibility & Discipline

Location: A1 street, Hung Phu 1 Industrial Park, Tan Phu Ward, Cai Rang District Can Tho City, Vietnam
