Job Description
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Control
- Build, implement, manage, supervise, and coordinate overall warehouse activities.
- Monitor and control inbound and outbound data for raw materials, goods, and warehouse items.
- Control inventory data and conduct periodic stock counts on a monthly, quarterly, yearly, or ad-hoc basis as required by management.
- Ensure actual inventory data matches warehouse inventory reports.
Warehouse Process, 5S & Team Development
- Establish effective warehouse management procedures, methods, and working processes.
- Arrange and manage goods in the warehouse according to proper methods, procedures, and 5S standards.
- Prepare team development plans and provide training for warehouse staff.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- College degree or above.
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Skills & Competencies
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, goods arrangement, and stock counting.
- Proficient in ERP systems and office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and information delivery skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team, with the ability to work under pressure.
Language / Other Requirements
- Fluent Chinese across four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Ability to follow warehouse procedures and management requirements.
Personality & Attitude
- Responsible, enthusiastic, careful, agile, and willing to learn.
- Detail-oriented and committed to inventory accuracy.
- Proactive in coordinating warehouse activities and supporting team performance.
