Job Description
Warehouse Operations Management
- Manage the receiving, issuing, and storage of goods in compliance with standard procedures.
- Organize and arrange warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and prepare accurate stock reports.
- Maintain and utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) effectively.
Team & Coordination
- Manage, assign, and supervise daily tasks for warehouse staff.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance and other warehouse units.
- Act as a point of contact for external stakeholders, including customers and customs authorities.
Reporting & Compliance
- Report directly to the Director (Korean) regarding warehouse performance.
- Ensure full compliance with company regulations and internal rules.
- Propose measures and initiatives to enhance operational productivity and scientific work methods.
Job Requirement
Education & Qualifications
- University degree required.
Experience & Knowledge
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- Expertise in Management and Administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong problem-solving and task planning/implementation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of English.
Personality & Attitude
- Male, aged 40 or above.
- Meticulous, hardworking, agile, and high sense of responsibility.
- Positive attitude and ability to withstand high work pressure.
- Preference for candidates residing in Nhon Trach, Dong Nai, or nearby areas who can commute independently.
