IT Infrastructure & Operations Management

• Oversee daily IT infrastructure, operations, and Level 1 service desk activities.
• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient operation of networks, servers, databases, applications, and end-user systems.
• Manage backup, recovery, and business continuity arrangements for critical systems.

Team Leadership, Assets & Vendor Management

• Lead, coach, and develop the IT Infrastructure & Operations team.
• Control IT assets, software licenses, equipment inventory, and related documentation.
• Coordinate IT procurement activities and manage vendor relationships.

Governance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement

• Maintain operational documentation, change records, and internal control evidence.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams, business units, regional offices, and headquarters.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and IT governance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality, operational efficiency, and team performance.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations, with proven leadership experience managing IT operations teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong hands-on expertise in servers, networking, backup and recovery, and end-user computing support.
• Good understanding of incident management, change management, and operational documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or another highly regulated industry is highly preferred.

Language / Other Requirements

• Professional working proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Able to work with internal IT teams, business units, regional offices, headquarters, vendors, auditors, and regulators.
• Able to operate in a highly regulated, service-oriented environment.
