Job Description

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term enrollment strategies to achieve student intake targets for each academic period.
  • Plan and oversee marketing and promotional campaigns (both online and offline) to attract and retain students.
  • Propose tuition policies, promotions, and enrollment approaches suitable for different target audiences.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Manage and coordinate activities of the Enrollment Department.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor the counseling and sales team across branches to ensure consistent and effective performance.
  • Monitor and ensure all customer consulting and care processes are implemented accurately, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Motivate and build a result-driven culture within the enrollment team.

Data Analysis & Process Improvement

  • Analyze enrollment data and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and channels.
  • Propose improvements to increase registration rates and optimize lead conversion.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Academic, and Operations departments to ensure alignment between promotional activities, educational offerings, and enrollment goals.
  • Act as a key advisor to management on market trends, customer insights, and student acquisition strategies.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within an educational institution or language training center.
  • Candidates with experience in Chinese language centers are highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good understanding of business management, education operations, and sales.
  • Strong leadership, team management, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Logical thinking and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
