Job Description

Growth Strategy Development

  • Develop overall monthly, quarterly, and yearly growth strategies for international markets, particularly the US market.
  • Define targets and outline marketing and sales channels for each stage.
  • Ensure alignment between Marketing strategy and Sales strategy.

Sales Funnel Management and International Sales Operations

  • Take full responsibility for the entire sales funnel from outreach to engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Provide direction to improve conversion rate and revenue across key channels including TikTok, Facebook, Website, and Email Marketing.
  • Build sales programs, promotions, and seasonal plans tailored to each market.
  • Monitor essential performance metrics and make timely decisions to achieve revenue targets.

Digital Marketing Operations Coordination

  • Define strategic direction for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Email Marketing.
  • Allocate marketing budgets appropriately and track overall performance.
  • Set direction for content, creative, and marketing messaging for each market.

Team Management and Development

  • Establish the organizational structure for the Growth team (Sales + Marketing).
  • Assign KPIs, evaluate performance, and guide employee capability development.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Fulfillment, and Customer Service teams.

Data Analysis and Decision Making

  • Analyze performance data to provide development directions and optimize outcomes for each phase.
  • Report strategic effectiveness to the Board of Directors and propose improvement solutions.

Job Requirement

Experience & Knowledge

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and international sales.
  • At least 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Deep understanding of Digital Marketing channels and international buying behavior.
  • Experience implementing Email Marketing campaigns and managing diverse customer segments is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of data analytics and tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Strong writing and content editing skills with understanding of email UX/UI.
  • Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

  • Strong leadership and cross-team coordination capability.
  • Good communication skills and high adaptability.
