Job Description

Department Management & Work Planning

  • Manage and operate all activities of the Vehicle Management Department in line with annual, quarterly, monthly, and occupational safety plans approved by the General Director.
  • Assign tasks, monitor implementation progress, evaluate performance, and ensure employees clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Prepare annual operating budgets, work plans, internal guidelines, and departmental procedures.

Process, Compliance & Documentation Control

  • Systematize, update, and improve work processes, internal instructions, and coordination procedures with other departments.
  • Review and approve departmental documents, proposals, PRs, fuel requests, and related records before submission or cross-department transfer.
  • Ensure departmental activities comply with approved procedures, ISO requirements, company regulations, and vehicle fleet management processes.

Team Development, Internal Coordination & Improvement

  • Develop annual training plans, propose external training courses, and monitor employee competency development.
  • Supervise employee discipline, handle internal feedback within assigned authority, and promote company culture in daily work.
  • Support improvement initiatives, participate in internal meetings, ISO audits, and coordinate with other departments when required.

Legal, Safety & Special Assignments

  • Support the General Director on legal matters, including legal consultation, document drafting, contract review, legal updates, and working with competent authorities when authorized.
  • Coordinate occupational safety plans, inspections, drills, violation records, and safety improvement proposals across departments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Director.

Job Requirement

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major; Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in management, goal setting, and work planning.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong management, leadership, team management, planning, data analysis, supervision, and performance evaluation skills.
  • Good understanding of vehicle/fleet management processes, internal procedures, ISO compliance, company regulations, and occupational safety planning.
  • Ability to prepare budgets, develop procedures, review documents, manage records, and coordinate cross-functional work.
  • Knowledge of legal matters, document drafting, contract review, risk assessment, and legal document lookup systems is preferred.

Language / Other Requirements

  • Male candidate.
  • Ability to report directly to and follow instructions from the General Director.
  • Ability to work with internal departments, management levels, employees, ISO team, legal authorities, and relevant external parties when required.

  • Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and flexible in handling assigned tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to listen, analyze, and resolve issues.
